Construction Project Manager

Salary Range: $90/hr to $95/hr on W2

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team. This role is integral to the successful delivery of our projects and will require a proactive approach to managing complex construction environments.

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 10 years of experience working on data center projects.
• 5 years of experience in IT fit-out or construction-related project management.
• Project Management Institute – PMP certification highly desired.

• Experience with Revit or Bluebeam software.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to self-direct and manage multiple stakeholders.

• Coordinate telecom materials procurement, installation, and security systems setup.
• Manage the design, procurement, and installation of facility networks.
• Work alongside the Construction Lead to align delivery strategies and manage stakeholder dependencies.
• Develop and report on project plans, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Facilitate decision-making, manage change, and apply negotiation skills to drive project success.
