Construction Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale heavy highway, airport, and civil infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires strong expertise in project financials, CPM scheduling, contract management, change orders, subcontractor coordination, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex heavy civil, highway, airport, and infrastructure construction projects
  .
• Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, schedules, profitability, billing, and cash flow
  .
• Develop and maintain CPM schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.
• Oversee contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  .
• Identify project risks, schedule delays, and cost issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with owners, government agencies, engineers, field teams, and subcontractors.
• Negotiate change orders, schedule extensions, contract modifications, and claims
  .
• Lead and mentor Project Managers and Project Engineers
  .
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, contractual, and profitability goals
  .

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management
  , or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of heavy highway or airport construction experience preferred.
• Strong background managing large-scale heavy civil/infrastructure projects
  .
• Hands-on experience with project cost forecasting, budgeting, CPM scheduling, and contract administration
  .
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel, Viewpoint, HCSS Heavy Bid, and HCSS Heavy Job
  .
• Strong leadership, negotiation, client management, and problem-solving skills.
