Position Type: Full-Time, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

Pay Rate: $23.00–$25.00 per hour

The Customer Service Agent delivers high‑quality support and inside sales assistance in a fast‑paced office environment. Responsibilities include processing orders accurately, responding to customer inquiries, and contributing to sales through effective phone communication and product recommendations.

• Provide courteous, professional customer service to customers, vendors, and internal team members.
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to identify customer needs, recommend products, and close sales (low call volume, 20 CPD).
• Accurately enter and process sales orders, purchase orders, packing lists, and related documentation in front‑end and back‑end systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, correct pricing, and proper product selection.
• Navigate multiple systems and tools to research inquiries and complete transactions efficiently.
• Maintain consistent attendance and adherence to assigned schedules.
• Collaborate effectively with team members while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
• Support company standards for service quality, ethics, and performance.

• 2–5 years of solid office‑based customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with proper grammar and a professional tone.
• Proven attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and solve problems efficiently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn proprietary systems.
• Comfort with phone‑based sales and customer engagement.

• Prior experience in HVAC, industrial, or distribution environments (preferred but not required).
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused office setting.
