- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree
- State Veterinary Board license in good standing for the state in which you will be hired, prior to start date
- Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligibility
- Board Certified or Residency Trained Specialty Veterinarian with proven leadership skills
