ATHLETIC DIRECTOR: HOFFMAN ESTATES HIGH SCHOOL
An opening exists for an athletic director beginning July 1, 2026
Qualifications- Hold a current Illinois Professional Educator License with an administrative endorsement or be enrolled in a program that will result in endorsement prior to July 1, 2026
- Able to meet the requirements as a PERA-qualified evaluator by August 2026
- Possess coaching experience and/or have experience in administration in a high school setting
- Demonstrate evidence of excellent communication skills and cultivation of meaningful relationships with students, staff and families
- Champion diversity within a community while understanding how to meet the needs of all employees and students
