We are seeking a Field Solutions Engineer to join our team. The Field Solutions Engineer department delivers technical expertise, customized solutions, and excellent customer support. Their contributions are essential for ensuring successful implementation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of complex technology solutions in diverse customer environments.

Purpose: The Field Solutions Engineer department is responsible for providing technical expertise and support to customers, often in complex or specialized environments.

Scope: Our IT department is made up of the following roles:
Field Solutions Manager, Field Solutions Engineer Lead, Field Solutions Engineers

Responsibilities:

• Technical Consultation:
  Field Solutions Engineers act as technical advisors to customers, helping them understand and evaluate solutions that meet their specific needs and requirements.
• Solution Design and Architecture:
  Design customized solutions based on customer requirements, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and integration with existing systems.
• Implementation and Deployment:
  Field Solutions Engineers oversee the implementation of solutions at customer sites, ensuring that installations are completed successfully and according to specifications.
• Testing and Validation:
  They conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and perform as expected.
• Customer Training and Support:
  Field Solutions Engineers provide training sessions to customers on how to use and maintain implemented solutions effectively.
• Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:
  Field Solutions Engineers often work closely with product development teams, providing feedback from the field to improve products and develop new features.
• Customer Relationship Management:
  They build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts, understanding their business challenges and providing strategic guidance on technology solutions that align with their goals.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  They maintain accurate documentation of implemented solutions, configurations, and support activities.
