Based out of one of our key regional tech centers:
Los Angeles (Cypress, CA), Tempe (AZ), Minneapolis (MN), Dallas (TX), Houston (TX), Milwaukee (WI), Portland (OR), St. Louis (MO), Des Moines (IA), or Tukwila (WA). Requires 50%+ regional travel. Relocation assistance available for candidates willing to move to one of these hubs. Current location:
Hoffman Estates, Illinois.

• 3–5 years of CNC field service experience, with deep, hands‑on expertise in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and complex repair of high‑end CNC machine tools.
• Proficiency reading mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and PLC ladder diagrams.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills to manage relationships and difficult situations positively.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50%+ within the assigned multi‑state territory.
• Prefer experience with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and/or Siemens controls.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC field service.
• Education:
  
  No degree required.
• Experience level:
  Experienced.

• CNC experience (3 years or preferred).

Permanent. Salary: $85,000 – $115,000 per year.
