Tax Director

We are looking for a Tax Director to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

• Annual Bonus

• Oversee all aspects of tax planning, compliance, and reporting for the organization.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize financial performance and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Provide guidance on tax implications for business transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Lead and mentor the tax team, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.
• Stay current on changes in tax laws and regulations, advising leadership on potential impacts.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate tax, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• CPA or JD designation required;
  Master’s in Taxation preferred.
• Proven experience in tax planning for complex organizations.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and tax software (e.g., One Source, SAP) is a plus.
