US IT Technical Recruiter

we support to own online space in competitive world. CINFRACS Inc. has an opening for a US IT Technical Recruiter at our main office in Hoffman Estates, IL and resource might need to travel to client location as requested by client within U.S.A.

Job

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Build a diverse candidate pool through cold calling, proactive sourcing and identifying active and passive candidates using Linked In Recruiter, social media, job boards, internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals, and other technical or creative methods
• Work with hiring managers to ensure hiring process moves forward, interview team preparedness and commitment to hitting hiring goals
• Track recruiting goals and metrics
• Sourcing candidates for both corporate and non-corporate positions
• Phone screening, interviewing, and assessment of candidates
• Coordination of interviews across multiple departments and hiring managers
• Job description creation, posting, and applicant flow analysis

Experience & Knowledge:

• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Must able to work with computer and extended hours of sitting
• Must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task as needed
• Work well in a team and Independently prioritize work with good time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in ENGLISH

Education:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or Management Information Systems or related field

Physical Requirements:

• This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities.
• The physical demands of the position described herein are essential functions of the job and employees must be able to successfully perform these tasks for extended periods.
