Our client specializes in paid search, paid social, Amazon advertising, SEO, and is expanding into website performance. They help clients grow their businesses through data-driven, expertly managed digital campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Search focus) who is eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll manage and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts, working alongside experienced digital marketers to deliver outstanding results. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in Google Ads, a sharp analytical mindset, and a desire to grow within a supportive, high-performing agency environment.

• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and related platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends and develop actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to prioritize deliverables and ensure client goals are met.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation or AI-based tools.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, new platform features, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and AI.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of paid search (PPC/SEM) experience — agency or in-house.
• Solid understanding of PPC fundamentals including bidding, keyword strategy, and analytics.
• Google Ads Certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow.
