Salary: $55,000 - $65,000

Pay Grade: 10

As an Environmental Services Manager, you will oversee departmental operations, coordinate staff tasks, assist in training, and serve as a liaison between administration and departments to ensure high-level service delivery.

• Manage departmental financial data and statistics
• Monitor expenditures
• Develop and oversee the department budget
• Coordinate housekeeping activities with other departments
• Plan, organize, and supervise departmental functions
• Establish work standards and policies
• Mentor staff and foster innovation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies
• Achieve facility goals and demonstrate leadership
• Implement Total Quality Management processes
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 4+ years of experience in support services, military, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance
• At least 1 year of supervisory/management experience
• Strong work ethic and customer service focus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of budgeting and P&L concepts
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Ability to perform under stress
• CRCST or similar sterile processing certification preferred
• Proficient in MS Office
• Associate’s degree preferred
