Responsibilities- Perform a wide variety of routine manufacturing functions.
- Use micrometer to measure thickness of material.
- Operate manual manufacturing machines (Rolling press, SMG cutting press) to produce product.
- Troubleshoot automated press to continue producing product.
- Use hand tools (wrench, pliers, screwdrivers, etc.) to assemble product.
- HS diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read, interpret and follow prints, diagrams, written and oral work instructions, and other production documentation.
- Good working knowledge of US customary and metric measurement units.
- Assemble, test, and pack product using a variety of hand tools, pneumatic drivers, and computerized equipment.
- Perform in-process checks to ensure accuracy; strong attention to detail.
- Complete production on time and maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Ability to read and use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers).
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
- Millings experience a plus.
- Computer literate, proficient in Word and email for communications.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in area of responsibility.
THIS POSITION IS SECOND SHIFT - 2:30 PM TO 11:00 PM, MONDAY TO FRIDAY, WITH OCCASIONAL OVERTIME. Training takes place on FIRST SHIFT - 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM for approximately the first four to six weeks.

Compensation and BenefitsThe Annual Base Pay for this position is Min $44,300 – Max $66,500. Pay factors include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life and disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, and paid sick and safe time.
