Screen Print Operator

We’re looking for a Screen Print Operator who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, bring precision and passion to the press, and help us print with pride.

• Operate automatic screen printing equipment (e.g., Auto M&R or similar)
• Assist with screen exposure, ink mixing, reclaim, and washout
• Prep and clean screens
• Stage, fold, and pack printed apparel
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and safety-conscious workspace
• Apply quality control to all printed products

We’re looking for someone who’s experienced, efficient, and loves the craft of screen printing.

• Experience running automatic screen printing presses
• Familiarity with screen exposure equipment and reclaim process
• A sharp eye for detail and color
• Hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
• Accountability, initiative, and pride in your work
• Willingness to work overtime when needed

• Understanding of pre-press screen prep
• A team player mentality with a can-do attitude

Hourly Pay Range:

$19 - $20 USD
