Operations Management
The Plant Manager will manage site operations with a focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Cost, and Warehousing. The Plant Manager will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising the day-to-day operations of production personnel, equipment, and material resources. They are always expected to model professional behavior.

Education and/or ExperienceA bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Prior experience leading and developing teams is required. Experience with a similar role and responsibility preferred. Experience managing both production and warehouse operations is preferred. Knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control processes, and logistics best practices is desired.
Language SkillsAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents in English, and communicate those out effectively. Bilingual skills are preferred, but not required. Professional communication is required.
Mathematical SkillsAbility to utilize basic math skills is required.
Computer SkillsTo perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to work in a computer system generating reports and metrics. Knowledge of basic Microsoft Suite required.
Reasoning AbilityAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
