Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN with an active IL RN license for a night shift position in a busy hospital unit with a Level III NICU.
Responsibilities- Work in a Labor and Delivery unit within a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Unit cares for OB ED, antepartum, and labor and delivery patients
- Level III NICU capabilities supported
- Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
- Provide nursing care to laboring mothers, antepartum patients, and support emergency OB situations
- Holiday rotation and every other weekend coverage are expected
- All positions are auto offer
- Local candidates are accepted but are subject to a reduced rate based on the facility radius rule, which varies by state
- Active IL RN license required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (AHA required)
- Verification of license through Nursys and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start
- All travelers must provide a US Social Security Number and a US address
