Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatric ICU night shift position, requiring two years of pediatric critical care experience and AHA certifications.
Responsibilities
• Work in a 4-8 bed Pediatric ICU within a hospital setting
• Night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30
• 13-week assignment
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• May float to the general pediatrics unit
• Provide specialized critical care to pediatric patients in the ICU
• Participation in a holiday rotation is required
• May be required to float to the general pediatric unit as operationally needed
• Mandatory radius rule for local candidates applies with local rate adjustment
• All positions are Auto Offer at the facility
• COVID-19 vaccination is not required
Requirements
• Active RN license with current Nursys verification
• Minimum 2 years of recent pediatric ICU experience
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification through AHA/AAP required
• Must provide a valid US Social Security Number and US home address
• Primary source license verification required within 30 days prior to start
