American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN for a night shift assignment requiring an active IL RN license and at least 2 years of experience.
Details- Busy Labor and Delivery unit including Antepartum and OB ED areas
- Facility includes a Level III NICU
- May occasionally float to related OB areas such as Mother Baby
- Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30
- Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
- 13-week assignment length
- Active IL RN license required
- BLS and ACLS certification (AHA) required
- NRP certification (AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics) required
- Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience required
- Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start required
- Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start required
- Provide skilled nursing care within a high-acuity Labor and Delivery setting supporting antepartum, OB emergency, and NICU-adjacent care
- Holiday coverage required as part of rotation schedule
- Radius rule applies which may affect eligibility for travel rate; local candidates may be considered at a reduced rate
