We are hiring immediately for a full‑time DIETS SUPERVISOR position.

Location: Ascension Saint Alexius – 1555 Barrington Road, Hoffman Estates, IL 60169.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:30 am to 7:00 pm; occasional weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay Range: $19.00–$21.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Responsible for the operation and implementation of the Nutrition Care Program based on established objectives, standards, policies and procedures, as well as local, state and federal regulations. Assists in maintaining inter‑departmental relations, integrating the dining service department with the facility plan of operations, and providing nutrition care throughout the community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise subordinate staff to ensure quality food production and an enjoyable dining experience for residents, guests and staff.
• Assist dietitian with the administration of the Nutrition Care Program per Morrison Senior Dining standards and state and federal guidelines; ensure inspection‑ready status at all times.
• Administer safety, sanitation, security and maintenance programs as assigned.
• Facilitate excellent relations with clients and residents; build close working relationships with dining service supervisors, employees and other community departments.
• Perform dietary counseling as designated.
• Provide nutrition information to individual residents; participate in wellness activities as applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
