Purpose:
The fountain operator is expected to perform a variety of duties in the preparation of associated fountain products.
Essential (primary) Functions:The primary responsibility of the fountain operator is to prepare all fountain products to order within 5-8 minutes in accordance with Steak n Shake specs utilizing the multi-mixer, CRT, ice cream spade, and correct dippers. Monitoring equipment temperatures. Restocking, cleaning/sanitizing the fountain area while maintaining security, safety, uniform and company standards at all times.
Secondary Functions:Any and all other tasks assigned
EssentialPhysical Requirements:
- Good Vision, general and close

- Manual Dexterity
- Standing, bending, stretching and walking throughout shift
- Push and pull heavy objects
- Lift and carry 30 pounds
- Maintain good personal hygiene/uniform
- Basic reading and math skills

- Retains verbal requests
- Retains fountain item knowledge
