We are looking for a driven, organized professional who can fully utilize the dealership’s CRM tools and work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and effective follow‑up.

In this role, you and your team will handle internet leads, inbound phone calls, and unsold follow‑up. You will collaborate with the sales department to maximize customer appointments, ensure consistent communication, and manage all incoming inquiries.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an automotive dealership.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
