• Prepare flavor samples and basic formulations to support the work of more senior scientists
• Be part of the team who is focused on artificial color conversion to natural colors on different applications.
• Organize and maintain the laboratory, including managing supplies and restocking materials
• Set up and assist with sensory screenings and help maintain the internal flavor library
• Participate in team workshops, customer visits, and occasional travel with a manager and sales team
• Operate basic laboratory tools and testing equipment while following proper procedures
• Support pilot runs and contribute to internal innovation discussions
• Handle basic mathematical conversions and document all work according to established guidelines

• A degree in a science‑related field or equivalent laboratory experience
• At least some previous hands‑on work in a lab, with an interest in food and beverage applications
• A keen attention to detail, strong organizational habits, and a focus on time management
• Comfort working in a fast‑moving environment and ability to stand for extended periods
• Willingness to lift moderate weights occasionally, typically up to a full box of supplies
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
• A desire to learn and grow your technical knowledge and creative problem‑solving skills

• The salary range for this position is $63,250 - $84,325
  . Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.
