The Corporate Security Lead, assigned to a specific client, will assist security leadership with crucial safety measures and protocols at client locations. The Lead will maintain secure environments, provide technical support, and facilitate incident responses, working under the direction of the security management team.

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Provide comprehensive support in badge production, access control, access level management, and video management system administration.
• Ensure adherence to access‑control policies and audit these processes to maintain standards of control and compliance.
• Escalate access‑control and video‑management issues to the signature security integrator for maintenance, repair, or installation of physical‑security hardware and associated systems.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and ongoing update of security policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Conduct audits and support internal audit programs to provide evidence of physical‑security controls and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining and implementing business‑continuity plans, travel‑risk‑management procedures, and workplace‑violence training.
• Respond to and manage security incidents, disruptions, and emergencies, providing appropriate solutions to minimize impact under the direction of security leadership.
• Issue badges for new‑employee orientation.
• Enable or disable badge access as required.
• Perform weekly access‑control/attendance reporting at client sites.
• Provide event‑security assistance as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Criminal Justice, Law, Security Management, or a related field is preferred and a minimum of four years of experience in corporate security or related fields is required. Current IL PERC is required.
• Knowledge of security access‑control systems and camera systems such as Pro‑Watch.
• Understanding of security management policies and best practices.
• Ability to multi‑task and organize workload for effective implementation.
• Effective independent judgment and decision‑making ability.
• Consistent delivery on commitments and achievement of expected business results.
• Adaptability to evolving external environments and organizational changes.
• Effective interaction at all levels and across diverse cultures.

  Microsoft Office.

• Regular computer usage.
• Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
• Frequent sitting.
• Travel, as required.
