Responsibilities

• Drive to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances with high quality and efficiency.
• Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations consistently.
• Provide customers with value‑added solutions that help make their home cleaner, comfortable & protected.
• Keep company truck well‑maintained & organized, and help manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of test & repair tools.
• Preferred:
  Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances.
• Can follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Can use smartphone, including for part ordering.
• Successfully pass a background & drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.
• Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including required overtime.
• Ability to read, understand and apply written technical texts.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal & written, in English.
• Physical:
  Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs (frequently 50 lbs; occasionally 100 lbs), reach outward, handle objects, stand, walk, sit and type; bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, and crawl; lift above shoulder; drive automatic transmission vehicle.

Travel requirements

Road Warrior (75% or more).

Experience

1 – 2 Years Experience.
