The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for performing the primary duties of shipping and receiving clerk while assisting other areas of the department as required. This includes completing and maintaining the required paperwork and files, contacting carriers and assuring parts are shipped in a timely and accurate manner. This position will report to the Operation Manager in the Shipping department.

• Prepare, select parts and ship products as required for order.
• Track and enter data into the computer.
• Provide telephone support to both internal and external customers in a professional manner.
• Perform daily cycle counts.
• Distribute internal mail.
• Process all receipts to appropriate stock locations including but not limited to new, repaired and non‑inventory.
• Perform closing duties as assigned, when required.
• Ability to drive to drop‑off sites for Fed Ex and/or UPS, or similar carriers, as necessary.
• Ability to work overtime as business requires.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous forklift driving experience preferred, with a strong emphasis on adherence to safety standards.
• Understanding of warehousing and distribution techniques and procedures.
• Ability to use various hand tools.
• Familiarity with United Parcel Service, next‑day mail carriers and processing CODs.
• Ability to use basic computer and data entry skills.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working at heights of up to 20 feet using rolling ladders and cherry pickers.
• Physically capable of lifting, holding, and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license.

The pay range for this position is $43,264 - $55,488 per year. The pay range listed is based on both salary and other compensation, including bonuses and profit sharing, that an employee may be paid during their employment with FANUC America. Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
