Overview
Job Type: Full-time
Seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Plumber to join our overnight installation team. This position works overnight, 5 nights a week, with occasional weekend work. You will collaborate with apprentices, other journeymen, Master Plumbers, and our demolition crew on projects such as restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, etc. The ideal candidate has a customer‑first mentality to ensure projects are completed on time and meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Install, repair, and upgrade plumbing systems at the direction of the Master Plumber.
- Interpret blueprints and follow building codes and safety regulations.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and co‑workers.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $33.00–$37.00 per hour, depending on location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

- Active Massachusetts Journeyman Plumbing License.
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
