Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and document security-related incidents, irregularities, and patrol findings in accordance with site requirements;
Support a professional workplace environment by communicating clearly with employees, visitors, and emergency responders as needed;
Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures
