Move Supervisor

As the Move Supervisor, you lead and work alongside a crew of movers to ensure job are completed safely and efficiently. You manage day‑to‑day activity on job sites, follow move plans, keep the crew on track, and ensure a smooth experience for the customer. You are responsible for safety, quality of work, and communicating job progress to the Operations Manager.

What You’ll DoLead and supervise movers during relocations

Conduct daily job site meetings

Manage on-site logistics and crew assignments

Ensure proper handling of furniture, IT equipment, and materials

Serve as on-site client contact

Report progress and issues to operations

Complete paperwork (timesheets, damage reports, etc.)Enforce safety and DOT compliance

Train crew on techniques and standards

Assist with inventory, materials, and equipment

What We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in moving, logistics, or warehouse operations; supervisory experience required

Ability to read and follow move plans

Knowledge of OSHA and DOT safety standards

Professional, reliable, and customer‑focused.

Flexibility to work extended hours when needed.

Strong leadership, communication, problem solving skills

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Valid driver’s license preferred
