Role:
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients on a shift basis.
Responsibilities:Supervise staff delegated to care for patients, ensure high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing services, coordinate patient care within medical protocols, and support the Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining clinical competency and resource management.
Key Duties:Adhere to safety standards, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control protocols. Perform all Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) responsibilities during emergencies, understand emergency codes, and follow hospital policies.
Qualifications & Skills:Graduation from an accredited nursing school, current licensure or certification, CPR certification, and preferred Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing. Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and coordinate care effectively.
