What You'll Do:
  • Provide exceptional customer service that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
  • Assist the management team to build store business.
  • Service multiple customers, multi-task, and handle projects simultaneously.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge (fit, color, fashion, etc.).
  • Use product knowledge to create outfits and match items to customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships that support a productive environment.
  • Communicate store information and brand initiatives to management to enhance the customer experience.
  • Achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas.
  • Maximize performance through learning opportunities, coaching, and feedback.
  • Support operational excellence, including inventory management, filling orders, recalls, and replenishment.
  • Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
  • Lead/supervise others on occasion and handle opening/closing duties.
  • Understand customer needs with curiosity and confident conversation.
