Full Circle Painting & Contracting Inc. Crew Manager / Lead Painter (Residential) Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise painting crews on high‑end residential interior and exterior projects
- Assign tasks, manage pacing, and ensure work meets the highest standards of quality
- Train, mentor, and elevate crew performance, emphasizing craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain professional, organized job sites
- Track crew hours, project progress, and return all paperwork to the Production Manager in a timely manner
- Execute interior painting for walls, trim, ceilings, and millwork with precision
- Perform exterior painting on siding, trim, doors, decks, and other surfaces with attention to fine detail
- Maintain clean, organized, and protected job sites to respect clients' homes
- Troubleshoot finishing challenges and deliver flawless results
- Always represent Full Circle Painting professionally on high‑end residential job sites
- Provide clients with clear, courteous updates and manage expectations proactively
- Communicate effectively with office staff regarding scheduling, materials, and project progress
- Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicles
- Manage materials efficiently, ensuring no damage to high‑end surfaces or finishes
- Report inventory needs and job‑specific material requirements
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven interior and exterior painting experience in high‑end residential projects
- Experience supervising and leading painting crews
- Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to read and follow detailed job specifications and color schedules
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication with clients and crew
- Knowledge of proper surface preparation, coatings, and specialty finishes
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience managing high‑end residential projects with multiple rooms and complex finishes
- Cabinet finishing and millwork expertise a plus but not required
- Experience with specialty coatings, glazes, and custom finishes
- Familiarity with luxury materials and high‑end cabinetry
- OSHA or safety training
- Ability to train and mentor team members to maintain high‑quality standards
- $25.00 - $35.00 an hour based on experience
