Overview
Position Overview:
Seeking a motivated leader to oversee banquet operations, supervise staff, execute events, and complete administrative responsibilities including invoicing & billing.
- Supervise banquet staff; review BEOs; lead pre-shift meetings; oversee setup, service and breakdown; attend BEO meetings; complete invoicing, billing, event closeout and bar charges; communicate with kitchen, bar and management; train staff; maintain high service standards.
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- Organized
- Excellent communication
- Customer service focused
- Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Typical Annual Earnings: $50,000–$55,000 annually
