Bilingual Landscaping Construction Field Coordinator​/Laborer

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish)
Landscape Construction Field Coordinator / Laborer to support our landscaping installation projects. This role is a combination of hands-on construction work and field coordination
, including communicating with clients and translating between homeowners and the foreman. The ideal candidate has prior experience in landscaping or construction and is comfortable working outdoors on job sites.

• Assist the foreman and crew with landscaping and construction tasks (hardscape, grading, sod, irrigation, etc.)
• Communicate directly with homeowners regarding project updates, changes, and questions
• Translate between foreman/crew and clients as needed
• Help coordinate jobsite workflow and materials
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite
• Identify potential issues on-site and communicate them promptly

• Knowledge of landscape construction techniques (pavers, retaining walls, grading, irrigation)
• Basic understanding of construction site safety practices
• Ability to read simple plans or diagrams
