Delivery​/Receptionist​/Marketing Associate

Salt Lake Dental Laboratory is seeking a reliable, personable, and motivated Delivery / Receptionist / Marketing Associate to join our team. This position is available as either part-time or full-time and offers an excellent opportunity to work in a professional dental laboratory environment while helping build and maintain strong relationships with our dental clients.

• Deliver cases and materials to dental offices
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
• Enter and track dental cases in our system
• Provide general front desk and administrative support
• Build and maintain positive relationships with dental offices
• Assist with marketing efforts and client outreach
• Represent the laboratory professionally during office visits and deliveries
• Help identify opportunities to grow and strengthen client relationships
• Support day-to-day operations to ensure excellent customer service

• No experience required; training provided
• Dental industry experience is a plus
• Marketing, customer service, or sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
