As a Mid‑Level Water/Wastewater Engineer, you’ll work closely with project managers and discipline experts to deliver quality engineering products. Your role will focus on planning, evaluation, and design development for water infrastructure needs and projects, potentially working on multiple assignments simultaneously. Additionally, you’ll coordinate your activities across disciplines and collaborate closely with other subject matter experts and team members.

Here's what you'll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or other applicable Engineering disciplines
  • At least 3 years of engineering experience in water related disciplines (water resources, stormwater, drainage; drinking water; wastewater and sewer; civil and utilities; etc.)
  • Progressive experience developing engineering technical reports and presentations, design drawings and specifications, and/or with computer modeling
  • Foundational experience with MS Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver and lead tasks
  • Attention to detail, quality delivery, and client service
  • EIT certification and on the path to obtain Professional Engineer (PE) license
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • 5 + years of engineering experience in water related disciplines
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain within 18 months
  • Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or related discipline
  • Design and/or project management experience
  • Experience or working knowledge with Autodesk Civil 3D

The base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
