As a Senior Transportation Project Manager
, you’ll be the driving force behind high-impact projects and strategic growth. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, cultivate client relationships, and deliver innovative solutions that make a real difference. - Lead teams through all phases of project delivery—from planning to closeout
- Ensure scope, schedule, and budget targets are met while exceeding client expectations
- Champion health, safety, quality, and risk management across every project
- Drive business development efforts, from client engagement to contract negotiations
- Oversee roadway, highway, and traffic engineering designs
- Provide technical guidance and quality oversight
- Develop creative solutions tailored to client and site needs
- Strengthen relationships with UDOT and other key Utah agencies

Here’s what you'll need- 15+ years of transportation or Utah state government project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Utah Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Proven leadership of multi-discipline infrastructure design and construction teams
- Strong networks and relationships in the Utah transportation market, including existing and potential clients and other consulting firms.

The base salary range for this position is $ to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
