We are seeking a motivated Project Manager in the Salt Lake City, UT area to support our internal PM/CM teams and external clients. As a key contributor to our program support team, you will partner with engineering, design, and construction professionals to gain a holistic understanding of project delivery—from planning and design through procurement, construction, and project controls. In this role, you will help develop, document, and implement standardized project management and project controls processes;

configure those processes within integrated project management systems; and develop training materials that enable consistent and successful project execution.

You will play an active role in applying project controls best practices to support effective cost and schedule management across programs.

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing processes across multidisciplinary teams
• Experience with Share Point
• Experience working with project management systems, i.e., Primavera Unifier and P6, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, etc.
• Experience managing costs across large, multiple‑project programs
• Experience developing program and project reports including project status reporting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with executive and client teams
• Experience developing and applying change management processes

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new project management systems
• Experience developing and managing resource‑loaded schedules in Primavera P6
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and applications
• Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations (visual, written, and verbal)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast‑paced environment

The base salary range for this position is $92,100.00 to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
