TURN Community Services in Holladay, UT is looking to hire a part-time Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP). Why join our team? Well, to start, we offer our amazing entry-level DSPs a competitive wage of $16.50/hour.
In addition the following benefits are given to all employees:

REQUIREMENTS FOR A RESIDENTIAL DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP)
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive program vehicle

WORK SCHEDULE
Monday and Wednesday 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Sunday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Monthly staff meeting at 11:00am on the second Wednesday

As an entry-level Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP), you have the rewarding job of helping individuals with disabilities live their lives to the fullest. Each day you provide clients with caregiving, ensuring that their environment is safe and their personal needs are met.
Patient and upbeat, you offer caregiving and support as you assist participants with goal-oriented skills training as outlined in their service plan. Whether you're helping them with gaining employment, building relationships, or finding enjoyable recreational activities, you love celebrating the successes of your clients as they develop new life skills that foster greater independence! You find great satisfaction in working for a nonprofit and helping disabled individuals receive the support they need!
TURN COMMUNITY SERVICES: OUR MISSION
Formerly known as Project TURN, we were founded in 1973 by a group of parents who wanted better program services for their adult children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Now known as TURN Community Services, we provide resources to more than 850 individuals with developmental disabilities across Utah. With locations from Brigham City to St. George, we offer a full range of services including day programs, residential living, art center programs, summer camp, and supported employment opportunities.
