This hybrid role is perfect for a creative technologist: strong on the technical side (Word Press, performance, security) but equally passionate about aesthetics, user flow, and making sites feel intuitive and engaging. You won’t just maintain – you will actively shape our digital presence and be a key creative voice.

- Oversee health, security, and performance of multiple Word Press sites (updates, backups, plugins).
- Build and update pages, landing pages, and custom features using Elementor, Divi, Gutenberg, plus basic CSS/HTML.
- Review current site flows and proactively recommend/implement UX/UI improvements (navigation, CTAs, visual hierarchy).
- Translate brand guidelines into clean, compelling digital layouts and give creative direction on what looks and works best.
- Use data and analytics to improve conversion rates, user engagement, and lead generation.
- Serve as first responder for troubleshooting (bugs, broken links, display issues, performance).
- Manage multiple web projects while hitting deadlines and maintaining high quality.
- 2 - 4 years in a hybrid role blending web development with UX/UI or design responsibilities.
- Deep Word Press knowledge (themes, plugins, optimization, site speed).
- Strong proficiency in design/prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Canva).
- Sharp UX intuition - quick to spot friction points and suggest practical fixes.
- Solid grasp of conversion optimization and analytics-driven decisions.
- Excellent organization and ability to self-manage multiple projects.
- Clear communication and strong collaboration across creative, marketing, and technical teams.
