On-Site Property Manager at our Mill Creek Apartment Complex. Ideal for a professional person that is looking to stay at home and reduce their overall living expenses. Compensation is a spacious 1200 SF two-bedroom 1 bath apartment with additional opportunities to earn extra compensation. Work schedule approximately 20 hours per week, with some flexibility to work from your apartment and a office down the hall.
Responsibilities- Invoice entry
- Answering the phones professionally
- Collections
- Payment application
- Leasing Apartments
- Showing/touring prospective tenants
- Prepare their own unit to be shown
- Communicating with maintenance team about work orders and turning vacant units
- Maintain clean property
- Walking property weekly to update our corporate office on maintaining the property
- Hold contractors accountable on the work that is performed
- Schedule contractors for interior renovations
- Customer Service
- customer service experience preferred
- management experience preferred
- office experience preferred
