• Greet and assist customers, helping them find products, making selections, and sharing product knowledge.
• Verify IDs strictly to ensure all sales are made only to customers 21 and over; screen for intoxication and maintain situational awareness for loss prevention.
• Process transactions accurately at a cash register, handle cash and card payments, give correct change, and balance the till at the end of a shift.
• Assist with receiving, inspecting, storing, and displaying merchandise; fill wholesale liquor orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required.
• Maintain the facility in a clean, orderly, and safe condition (including occasional light maintenance such as clearing sidewalks); assist with inventory spot‑checks and support store operations during peak times or in the absence of management.

• Age: 21 years of age or older.
• Physical:
  Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Schedule:
  
  Able to work a flexible schedule, including various shifts Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
• Background:
  Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Communication:
  The ability to speak clearly and understand spoken information effectively.
• Customer Service:
  Able to provide excellent customer service by assessing customer needs and meeting high‑quality standards.

• Preference may be given to current employees of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services.
