Pool and Spa Service Technician

Dolphin Pools & Spas, Utah’s Premier Pool and Spa Builder, is seeking a Pool & Spa Service Technician.

As a Pool & Spa Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a variety of pool and spa systems. You’ll ensure our clients’ pools and spas remain clean, safe, and fully operational year-round.

The Pool & Spa Service Technician will have Daily Responsibilities that include:

• Completing all Standard Pool and/or Spa Services and performing additional services as needed.
• Proper documentation of Work Completed and Job specifics.
• Maintain detailed service records and inventory of parts and supplies.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate clearly with clients.
• Maintaining Personal appearance, Company Vehicle, Tools and Equipment.
• Diagnose and repair Pentair pool equipment and Bullfrog Spas and Swim Spas.
• Identify and resolve water quality and circulation issues.
• Represent Dolphin Pools and Spas professionally to our clients, suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with local codes and company policies.

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Strong knowledge of pool chemistry, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Ability to diagnose and repair major pool/spa equipment brands
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and professional demeanor
• Punctuality
• Self Motivated
• The ability to learn quickly and accurately
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) or similar certification preferred
• Must be able to lift over 50lbs.
