We are currently searching for a dedicated Transportation Driver to join our team! Our facilities deliver outstanding care and foster strong employee bonds. The Transportation Aide/Van Driver will transport residents to appointments and various individual and group activities.

• Provide primarily medically necessary transportation in an efficient, cost‑effective manner to safely meet residents' needs in compliance with federal, state and local requirements.
• Safely secure residents' wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize wheelchairs during the trip.
• Report resident medical issues in a timely manner.
• Implement transportation schedule and notify nursing and unit managers of schedule conflicts and/or issues.
• Notify supervisor when equipment is in need of maintenance or repair.
• Notify supervisor when there are unresolved conflicts with scheduling.
• Clean the interior of the van on a regular basis, assuring the vehicle is presentable for the transport of residents.
• Be responsible for ensuring that patients are supervised; safety is maintained at all times; and patients are treated with respect and dignity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Daily Pay Available.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA (required in some states).
• Must have a valid state driver's license.
• Proof of insurance.
• Must have a satisfactory, safe driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Required to stand, walk, use hands or fingers, reach with hands and arms, feel, see, talk and hear. Employee may be required at times to push/pull residents in wheelchairs weighing between 100‑300 lbs, including assisting ambulatory residents with entering/exiting the vehicle.
