Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Coordinator:

• Process weekly and biweekly payroll accurately and on schedule
• Review employee time, deductions, and payroll changes
• Maintain payroll records while ensuring confidentiality
• Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications for the Payroll Coordinator:

• 1–2 years of payroll processing experience
• Experience with payroll software and Microsoft Excel
• Construction payroll experience preferred
