We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented administrative professional to join a fast‑paced team. Job Type:Contract to hire
Pay Rate:$22/hour
What You’ll Do:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide accurate updates on products, services, and order status
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Document interactions in CRM systems
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- 2–3 years of customer service experience (manufacturing or product‑based experience preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Organized, solutions‑focused, and professional
