Verantwoordelijkheden
In mijn rol als receptioniste ben ik het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers en zorg ik ervoor dat ze zich direct welkom voelen. Daarnaast beheers ik telefonische communicatie en zorg ik een soepele werking achter de schermen.
Ik werk nauw samen met collega's en organiseer evenementen, zoals de jaarlijkse stranddag en het kerstfeest, een belangrijke rol die bijdraagt aan de team‑spirit.
WerkomgevingInnovation Quarter is een team van zes managementassistenten. Het kantoor stimuleert professionele ontwikkeling via wekelijkse bootcamp‑ en yogatrainingen, stoelmassages en een NS‑businesscard voor openbaar vervoer. Het fungeert als een plek waar persoonlijke en professionele groei wordt aangemoedigd en waar teamwork centraal staat.
