Hearing Life is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to act as the face of our retail clinics nationwide. You will support the clinic to achieve revenue goals by attracting new patients, managing administrative tasks, and coordinating patient interactions to ensure a positive experience.
Daily tasks include greeting patients, handling 50-75 calls daily, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining HIPAA standards in a fast-paced environment.
