This hybrid role requires approximately 15–20 hours per week, with compensation set at $18.00/hour. The ideal candidate is a caring, highly organized, and tech-savvy self-starter who will manage scheduling, coordinate communications between clients and caregivers, and maintain smooth client-facing workflows using CRM tools like Welcome Home and Augusta.
Key responsibilities include:
- Calendar & Meeting Management:
Coordinating schedules, arranging appointments, and proactively resolving conflicts.
- Client & Vendor Liaison:
Serving as the first point of contact, managing incoming inquiries via phone and email, and maintaining professional follow-through.
- Relationship Support:
Tracking personal milestones and client details.
Qualifications include proven administrative experience, proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
