Dykstra's Auto—part of the Great Water 360 Auto Care family—is looking for a top-tier A-Level Automotive Technician ready to take on advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and leadership on the shop floor. What You’ll Do As An A-Level Technician- Perform advanced diagnostics, electrical testing & engine diagnostics
- Complete complex engine, brake, suspension & cooling system repairs
- Conduct comprehensive inspections & identify needed services
- Lead by example—high accuracy, high productivity, high quality
- Work efficiently with service advisors & teammates to deliver outstanding results
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Expertise in engine repair, electrical diagnosis, emissions systems & advanced diagnostics
- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and mentor junior techs
- Desire to keep learning and stay current with evolving vehicle technology
