We’re hiring an Assistant Service Writer to help run the front counter and keep the shop moving. This is not a sit-down desk job. You’ll be on your feet, moving around, and shuttling customers when needed. If you prove you can handle it, this role can grow into a full Service Advisor position as we continue to expand.
Pay- $50,000 per year
- Answer inbound calls and handle customer questions
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar
- Source parts (pricing, availability, ordering)
- Check customers in and out (payments, invoices, basic front-counter flow)
- Shuttle customers as needed (valid driver’s license required)
- Stay active throughout the day helping wherever needed
- Strong phone and people skills
- Organized, fast, and accurate on a computer
- Reliable and punctual (this shop runs on the schedule)
- Professional under pressure
- Auto repair, parts, or customer service experience is a plus, not required if you learn fast
- We contribute to health insurance
- Dental and vision available
- Vacation after 90 days
