As a Guest Services Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is seamless and enjoyable. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Handling check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservations efficiently.
• Answering guest inquiries and providing information about the hotel and local attractions.
• Resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborating with other hotel departments to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintaining accurate records of transactions and guest information.

To excel in this role, you should bring the following skills and qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
